Payment: Payment through Square Invoices, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. All California customers will be charged the current state sales tax.
Packaging: All paintings are wrapped in glassine archival paper, clear plastic wrap and covered in bubble wrap, surrounded with a cardboard pad and enclosed in an exterior cardboard box according to the shippers recommendations.
Shipping: All paintings are shipped from Orinda, CA. Shipping costs identified on the Invoice are applicable for delivery within the Continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be determined at time of purchase. Shipping internationally requires additional customs, brokerage, duty and other fees; these will be determined at time of purchase.
Shippers: Smaller paintings are usually shipped via the USPS First Class Mail. Larger paintings are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Insurance is optional but not included in the shipping rate and can be requested/purchased.
Local Delivery: If delivered locally in San Francisco Bay Area (within 25 miles), I will personally deliver your painting and deduct the shipping cost from the total invoice.
Refunds: The painting images on the website are very accurate, however monitors and tablet setups may differ in terms of color. If you are not satisfied with the painting when you receive it, please contact me immediately. You have 30 days to return painting in the original packaging and in same condition as purchased. A refund, less original shipping cost, will be applied via the original payment method.
